BUILDING INSPECTOR (Part Time)- Bridgewater Township, Somerset County, Part-Time position:  Tuesdays and Thursdays. Perform inspections, investigate complaints and violations, handle phone inquiries, and any other duties that may be assigned in accordance with requirements of the State Uniform Construction Code. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with outstanding technical knowledge. Must have a valid NJ driver’s license. BUILDING SUB CODE/FIRE SUB CODE OFFICIAL – TOWNSHIP OF ROCKAWAY. Morris County. Dual license, HHS license required.  Seeking full-time employee to perform inspections, conduct plan review, handle inquiries, and other duties as assigned in accordance with the State Uniform Construction Code. Appointment is provisional, subject to Civil Service regulations. Submit resume, copies of all UCC licenses, and references by February 15, 2012 to the Construction Official, 65 Mt. PLUMBING HHS / BUILDING INSPECTOR  ICS (Dual License) Edison Township Full Time position with Annual Salary of $53,000 set by contract. Under direction of Construction Official and Subcode Officials, the inspector will have the responsibility to perform inspection and plan review of projects. Applicants must possess valid Plumbing Subcode Official HHS and Building inspection ICS licenses issued by the NJ Department of Community Affairs. Related Subcode licenses; Fire, Mechanical or Electric licenses as well as HHS level license are of benefit to the applicant.
